WHEREAS, by Resolution 23-3-96 adopted on March 16, 2023, the Township Committee of the Township of Montgomery ("Township") in the County of Somerset, State of New Jersey, authorized the sale of one (1) Plenary Retail Consumption License pursuant to the New Jersey Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, N.J.S.A. 33:1-1.1 et seq.; and
