Rain Date Policy
- To hold and reserve a rain date is an additional application fee (non-refundable)
- If an event gets rained out & no rain date was reserved, the requester will have a credit and can transfer it to another day
All persons must complete a Facility Request Form and Hold Harmless. All organizations must remit a Certificate of Insurance.
