The Otto Kaufman Community Center has multiple rooms available for residents and non-profit organizations based in Montgomery Twp. to hold meetings. The days and times available are listed below:
Monday – Friday
Sept 1 - June 30: 8am - 9pm
July 1 - Aug 31: 8am-6pm
We offer the following spaces for reservations free of charge:
- Conference Room (max 12 people)
- Large Meeting Room (max 25 people)
- Small Dance Studio( max 19 people)
- Large Program Room (max 24 people)
- Senior Center (max 64 people)
If you would like to reserve the building for a birthday party, event, or schedule time in the gym please be aware of the following prices.
Gym only reservations:
- $20 per hour during normal business hours with a max of 6 – 1 hour time limits
- $75 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours outside of normal business hours
Senior Center & Gym reservation:
For any event including food/drinks, must include set-up and clean-up times
- $50 per hour during normal business hours (Senior Center is available after 4:30pm)
- $125 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours outside of normal business hours
All persons must complete a Facility Request Form and Hold Harmless. All organizations must remit a Certificate of Insurance.
