The Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP) documents the Township’s stormwater program and describes the measures necessary for compliance with the Statewide Basic Requirements. A significant component of the SPPP is the Municipal Stormwater Management Plan (MSWMP). The MSWMP is also a component of the municipal master plan (N.J.S.A. 40:55D-94). The MSWMP describes the Township’s strategy, structure, and process for addressing stormwater runoff from new development and redevelopment to ensure compliance with the Stormwater Management rules (N.J.A.C. 7:8 et seq.).
