Join us for an evening focused on the mental health of our children. Medical and educational professionals will discuss different aspects of youth mental health including:
- Why mental health issues are on the rise among young people
- How to recognize warning signs of a mental health condition
- What your teens would like you to know about their mental health
- How to talk to your children about mental health
- How stigma about mental health inhibits people from seeking help
- What you can do to help improve your family’s overall mental health
Expert panelists will take a closer look at what is going on with youth mental health and identify what you can do to help. Local mental health resources will also be in the lobby from 6:30 - 7 p.m. to share information.
